Since the property price crash in 2007 and the recession that followed it has been increasingly difficult for people to obtain mortgages or other business finance. The main banks are still restricting the availability of credit despite encouragement from the government to make life easier.
They say that knowledge is power, so we hope to provide small business people and property entrepreneurs with the information they need to help make a compelling case when they are trying to raise funding.
