I&#039;m looking to start up property development, I have a team of builders etc and have my eye on several plots and buildings ripe for renovation, but I need to know how to go about getting the finance to go ahead and make a start in to this venture.  Would i need to do a buisness plan showing profit margins, etc whom would i contant to apply for finance. and all such similar questions.
