An estimated 14,000 properties were repossessed in the first six months of 2007, a massive 30% increase on the same time last year.
But remember that the figures do not represent the number of properties actually repossessed because repossession orders are often made to force the borrower to comply with a repayment plan.
Still a worry tho.</description>
